About the role
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Customer Success Manager to join Kumoco. You will be the trusted partner for our clients across their ServiceNow journey, ensuring they get continuous value from our consulting, delivery and from SnowCoder, our own AI product for ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders at current and prospective clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of SnowCoder and the ServiceNow AI Platform and how they drive client outcomes.
- Own onboarding and ongoing adoption, ensuring clients consistently realise value from our products and services.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing queries and concerns promptly, and represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Identify opportunities to expand how clients use ServiceNow and AI with Kumoco.
What we're looking for
- A background in customer success, account management or consulting within enterprise software - ServiceNow experience strongly preferred.
- The ability to liaise comfortably with technical contacts and translate value into business terms.
- Genuine interest in AI and how it changes enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
