About the role
Kumoco are the AI experts for ServiceNow, and we are looking for a senior ServiceNow Telecoms Programme Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for major telecoms clients. You will act as a trusted advisor at the most senior levels, rigorously managing complex programmes.
Fluent Spanish is mandatory for this role (alongside professional English). The role is fully remote, with some travel to client sites.
Key responsibilities
- Rigorously manage the overall programme to effectively balance time, cost and quality for achievement of customer value-based business objectives.
- Lead programme management, change management and governance across all PM fundamental disciplines on complex enterprise software transformation programmes.
- Analyse, design and optimise business processes - including telecoms workflows on ServiceNow - leading to enhanced business value.
- Build executive-level client relationships and provide vision and influence at the CXO level of large enterprise organisations.
- Manage and mentor large project teams across distributed workstreams.
- Support pre-sales activities, including SOW contract development and review.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional English; comfortable running programmes and executive relationships in both languages.
- 12+ years of programme management consulting experience managing complex enterprise software transformation programmes.
- A proven thought leader and trusted advisor to referenceable large enterprise clients - telecoms sector experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills at the executive level.
- A proven track record analysing, designing and optimising business processes, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor large project teams.
- Ideally experienced delivering ServiceNow with the CreateNow methodology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
Certifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certified.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- NowCreate certified.
